During my stay, I was welcomed with a warm atmosphere reminiscent of my own home in Kathmandu, which made settling in quite effortless. The loft room we were in was spacious and beautifully styled, featuring a jacuzzi that added a touch of relaxation after a day of exploring the estate. One of the standout aspects was the attentive service from the property manager, Nalaka. He orchestrated lovely surprises for our anniversary, enhancing the overall experience without feeling over-the-top. The complimentary breakfast was delightful, offering a range of local and international dishes. I appreciated that the staff emphasized cleanliness and comfort, with thoughtful touches like tea and coffee facilities and free toiletries in the bathroom. the cozy garden area provided a great place to unwind. While Kent Cottage may come with a higher price point, its value lies in the serene experience offered and personalized service that rivals many high-end hotels. For anyone planning to explore the picturesque landscapes of Nuwara Eliya, I'd highly recommend considering a stay here.
